I believe that effective therapy balances the past and present. Understanding the past can reveal invisible patterns, reduce shame, and help you connect with parts of yourself you have discarded. Empowered with this knowledge, we can explore your values in the present, developing skills to embrace and accept your life as it is, while creating the life you want.
Through our work together, you can expect to cultivate a greater sense of contentment, authenticity, momentum, and curiosity in your daily life.
